AMAZING!! I had a particularly challenging Medicaid application for my father and Bob was all in on helping me through the process. He was honest, transparent, personable, and genuine. He even referred to a colleague when dealing with a different challenge that was outside the application process who would not take a dime! The paralegal Christine was so supportive and very patient with me as this was my first time going through this there was a big learning curve. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS FIRM!!! It's the best decision you will make.
