Bob's educational background is also noteworthy. He earned his B.A. with high honors in journalism from Rutgers College, where he served as an Eagleton Institute Associate in the political science department. He later obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and pursued a specialization in Taxation, earning an LL.M. from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law.

Prior to his successful legal career, Bob gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William H. Huber, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, General Equity Part, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Toms River.
