Melissa Abu-Adas is an attorney licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She currently practices in the areas of estate administration, guardianships, and estate planning, with a particular focus on Medicaid planning & applications. She lives in South Jersey, with her husband and two children. Melissa earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Drew University, Summa Cum Laude. She attended Rutgers School of Law – Newark where she was a student attorney for the Federal Tax Law Clinic and a Teaching Assistant for both Legal Research and Writing and Civil Procedure. She completed an Appellate Division clerkship for the Honorable Victor Ashrafi, J.A.D.
